Improving the standards for making ready and certifying academics is a important for improving the general high quality of education for all college students in Indonesia. In the sections that follow, we describe rules and practices associated with science teacher education and we highlight practices meant to enhance teachers’ content knowledge and educational methods in science. To promote native TPD applications, some science education college from TEIs collaborate with science academics to ascertain regional professional associations. These native teacher associations manage common workshops and seminars and supply an effective discussion board to disseminate research findings and share concepts between science academics and science trainer educators to resolve necessary issues related to the educating practices in colleges. In this part, we describe some significant developments in the education system and we highlight the methods by which instructional coverage has been used to attempt to provide an education for a very various group of learners. The Indonesian education system has undergone a nice deal of transformation starting from the pre-colonial and colonial era through the early years of independence until at present. We spotlight significant transformations and occasions impacting on policy and practice associated to student enrollment and access to high school, instructor preparation and certification processes, and nationwide science curriculum and resource development. A cursory search of research published in international science education journals reveals very few studies describing science education in Indonesia. This paper seeks to fill this hole by contributing to readers’ improved understanding about Indonesia’s science education analysis context.
